Humanscale warrants that the Nova Desk Light is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

• Structural integrity under normal indoor use
  

⚠️ Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. cosmetic scratches, finish wear, bulb aging beyond rated life)
  
• Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
  
• Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than an authorized Humanscale technician
  
• Damage due to power surges, electrical faults, or use of non-Humanscale replacement parts
  
• Damage incurred during shipping or delivery, or by external factors beyond Humanscale’s control
