Free Design Consult FAQs

Yes — our initial design consultations are typically complimentary for most commercial projects, especially in the Kansas City area. For larger regional/national projects, we’ll let you know if any travel-related considerations apply.

If possible, bring a floor plan (PDF/CAD), rough dimensions, seat count, timeline, and any inspiration images or product examples. If you don’t have all of that yet, that’s okay — we can still help you get started.

Most consultations take about 30–60 minutes, depending on the project scope and how much information you already have.

Sometimes we can provide early guidance on budget ranges, but detailed pricing usually happens through the Get a Quote process once project details are clear.

Great — that’s a common next step. We may recommend moving into Office Space Planning to develop layout options and furniture direction.
