  • Damage caused during transportation or relocation of the product

Warranty Standard

Humanscale warrants that the M2.1 will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery and through the duration of the warranty period when used in accordance with official instructions.

Every item is made to order based on your configuration and ships directly from the manufacturer. Because of this custom production process, this product is final sale once the order is placed.

We currently cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or P.O. Boxes.

Delivery timelines may vary based on the items in your order. For the most accurate estimate, please refer to the shipping details shown at checkout.

Larger or heavier items may ship via a freight carrier (such as ABF, YRC, or XPO). Freight deliveries are typically curbside, and drivers may require assistance unloading if a loading dock or liftgate is not available.

If your delivery address does not have a dock or forklift, or if it is a residential location, we’ll reach out to confirm the best delivery method. If needed, we can arrange ground or inside delivery, which may require an additional charge.

For local Kansas City customers, white-glove delivery and installation are available on request.
