Warranty & Care

SitOnIt “Home Edition” products are backed by a 5-year limited warranty when used in a single-shift environment (standard 8-hour day, 5 days per week). This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the original end user.

Home Edition products covered under this program include: Wit, Novo, Reya, Switchback, Mobile Pedestal, EON, High Tide 4, Wire Basket, and Power Strip.

What SitOnIt will do

If a product or part is found defective during the warranty period, SitOnIt may repair or replace it (with a comparable product or part) at their discretion.

What isn’t covered (the “don’t do this” list)

The Home Edition warranty does not cover:

• Abuse, misuse, or negligence
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Modifications, alterations, or non-approved attachments
• Damage from extreme conditions (water damage, improper storage, etc.)
• Floor samples / display models
• “As-is” or secondhand purchases
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Care
Wipe with a soft cloth and mild cleaner. Avoid abrasives and harsh solvents. Keep within stated weight limits and intended use (your desk is not a step ladder, Kansas City).

Every item is made to order based on your configuration and ships directly from the manufacturer. Because of this custom production process, this product is final sale once the order is placed.

We currently cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or P.O. Boxes.

Orders of 1–2 chairs typically ship via standard parcel (UPS/FedEx). Orders of 3+ chairs typically ship via LTL freight.

Freight Delivery (LTL) Expectations
Freight deliveries are curbside. An adult must be present to receive the delivery and assist with unloading. Liftgate, call-ahead, and inside delivery aren’t included unless requested (and may add cost).

Residential + Limited Access Deliveries
If your delivery location is residential or doesn’t have a dock/forklift, we’ll reach out to confirm the best delivery method. If needed, we can arrange liftgate or inside delivery for an additional charge.

For local Kansas City customers, white-glove delivery and installation are available on request.

Midback is a lighter, more minimal look and works great for most users. Highback provides more upper-back coverage and a more supported feel—especially if you sit for longer stretches.

Yes—by request. We keep the Home Office version streamlined online, but we can quote the adjustable depth option quickly.

Orders of 2+ ship LTL freight. Customer-assisted unload required. No liftgate, call-ahead, or inside delivery.

Most standard desks work great with Wit. The chair has a 26" overall footprint, and seat height adjusts from about 17.5"–21.25". If you want help confirming fit for your desk height, contact KCOD.
