Warranty & Care

SitOnIt “Home Edition” products are backed by a 5-year limited warranty when used in a single-shift environment (standard 8-hour day, 5 days per week). This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the original end user.

Home Edition products covered under this program include: Wit, Novo, Reya, Switchback, Mobile Pedestal, EON, High Tide 4, Wire Basket, and Power Strip.

What SitOnIt will do

If a product or part is found defective during the warranty period, SitOnIt may repair or replace it (with a comparable product or part) at their discretion.

What isn’t covered (the “don’t do this” list)

The Home Edition warranty does not cover:

• Abuse, misuse, or negligence
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Modifications, alterations, or non-approved attachments
• Damage from extreme conditions (water damage, improper storage, etc.)
• Floor samples / display models
• “As-is” or secondhand purchases
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Care
Wipe with a soft cloth and mild cleaner. Avoid abrasives and harsh solvents. Keep within stated weight limits and intended use (your desk is not a step ladder, Kansas City).
