Humanscale provides a 12-year, on the World Chair’s structural and mechanical components, including the recline system, frame, arm mechanisms, seat pan, and cylinder. This ensures long-term performance in both commercial and home office environments.

In addition, Humanscale covers upholstery, mesh, foam cushions, arm pads, casters, and wood elements for 5 years, reflecting the natural wear associated with these materials.
