Designed by Todd Bracher — Red Dot Design Award recipient — the Trea is a minimalist light task chair built for conference rooms, touch-down desks, and open offices that take aesthetics seriously. The solid-state recline gives you 12° of supported movement that adapts to your body weight automatically. No levers. No knobs. No adjustments.

The waterfall seat edge distributes pressure evenly across the thigh — one of those details you notice after an hour, not in the first five minutes. A greaseless pneumatic cylinder handles 360° swivel without the maintenance overhead of traditional cylinders.

Humanscale Trea Chair Warranty

Humanscale provides a 15-year warranty on the Trea Chair’s structural and mechanical components, covering the solid-state recline mechanism, molded shell, base, and internal hardware. This ensures long-term performance in commercial offices, conference rooms, cafés, and multipurpose environments.

The Trea Chair’s upholstery, foam seat pad (if selected), and arm pads (if applicable) are covered under a 5-year materials warranty, consistent with all Humanscale seating.
