Humanscale warrants that the Horizon Desk Light is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

• LED light module and internal electronics
  
• Adjustable arm mechanism and joints
  
• Base or mounting components supplied by Humanscale
  
• Structural integrity under normal indoor use
  

⚠️ Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. cosmetic scratches, finish wear, bulb aging beyond rated life)
  
• Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
  
• Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than an authorized Humanscale technician
  
• Damage due to power surges, electrical faults, or use of non-Humanscale replacement parts
  
• Damage incurred during shipping or delivery, or by external factors beyond Humanscale’s control

• Warranty service requires proof of purchase from an authorized dealer
  
• Users must follow installation instructions and use the desk light as intended
  
• Any attempt to disassemble or alter internal components will void the warranty
