Lead times and availability
Lead times vary by product and manufacturer, and we'll confirm the current timeline before you commit. Most products are made to order and ship directly from the manufacturer. Some products may be available from stock.
Shipping and freight
Smaller items usually ship by parcel (UPS or FedEx). Desks, tables, larger or heavier items and larger quantities may ship by freight. We can't ship to P.O. boxes.
Freight is delivered dock to dock unless additional delivery services are arranged, so plan to unload it yourself. Liftgate and inside delivery are optional services; tell us when you order. The carrier usually calls to schedule an appointment, and someone needs to be there to receive it.
When freight arrives, inspect it, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, keep the packaging and let us know promptly. Please don't refuse the shipment.
Residential and limited-access locations
A residential or limited-access location, such as one without a dock or forklift, may need additional services, and carriers may add charges. We'll confirm the delivery details and any extra cost before processing when possible.
Installation
In the Kansas City area we coordinate delivery and installation for commercial projects. Need help with assembly or installation? Tell us what you're ordering and where it's going, and we'll walk through the available options.
Returns and cancellations
Sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Most products are made to order, so please check sizes, finishes and quantities before you order. Once an order has been placed with the manufacturer it may not be changeable or cancellable, and fees may apply if a change is still possible.
