WARRANTY
Clear Design backs the Vogue with a Limited Lifetime warranty for the original purchaser.

Coverage by component:
• Lifetime — Chair frame and seat, non-moving components
• 5 Years — Moving components: casters, pneumatic cylinder, tilt mechanism, ratchet-back and adjustable-arm mechanisms
• 3 Years — Upholstery and foam

Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use (up to a standard 40-hour work week). Weight capacity limit of 275 lbs applies for warranty coverage. Regular maintenance is required — tighten all screws and bolts
every 6 months to keep the warranty valid.

Not covered: normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or relocation, moisture or chemical exposure, scratches or dents caused by users.

CARE
Wipe upholstery with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid solvents or abrasive cleaners on PU fabric. Tighten all screws and bolts every 6 months — Clear Design requires this to maintain warranty coverage on seating. Vacuum caster wells periodically to keep rolling smooth.

Freight Delivery (LTL) Expectations
Freight deliveries are curbside. An adult must be present to receive the delivery and assist with unloading. Liftgate, call-ahead, and inside delivery aren’t included unless requested (and may add cost).
