AIS provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty with different coverage periods by component category. In general, AIS seating frames/control mechanisms are covered for a longer term, while wear items (like casters and upholstery) have shorter coverage. If you’d like the exact warranty language for your order, we’ll send it over with your quote/order confirmation.

• Daily/weekly: Wipe with a soft cloth using mild soap and water.
• Disinfecting: Avoid harsh solvents or abrasive pads (they can dull the finish over time).
