We offer in-person office furniture consultations in the Kansas City area. In many cases we can do everything virtually now (calls, measurements, renderings), but on-site is valuable when information is missing or the existing setup needs review.

When an In-Person Visit Is Worth It

An in-person visit is usually the best option when:

you don’t have dimensions, AutoCAD files, or a reliable PDF plan
we need to review existing furniture to see if it can be reconfigured
we need to confirm whether parts are still available for older systems
the project is complex enough that an on-site walkthrough saves time later

walkthrough of the space and current layout
review of what you’re trying to accomplish (headcount, workflow, growth)
assessment of existing furniture and reuse potential

Finishes & Samples (On-Site or Shipped)

If we’ve already had a first conversation and decided on a product direction, we can review finishes during the visit. We can also mail finish samples directly to you when that’s easier.

In many cases, this is free and included when the end user makes a purchase. We can travel outside Kansas City when needed, but we can often accomplish the same outcome through virtual calls and renderings.
