Warranty & Care

Warranty: AIS provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on AIS-branded products (details vary by component category). KCOD will confirm warranty coverage with the final quote and order paperwork.

Care: Wipe laminates and painted surfaces with a soft cloth + mild soap/water. Avoid harsh abrasives and strong solvents. For panel fabric, vacuum lightly and spot-clean with upholstery-safe cleaner.

Every item is made to order based on your configuration and ships directly from the manufacturer. Because of this custom production process, this product is final sale once the order is placed.

We currently cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or P.O. Boxes.
