Humanscale Trea Chair Warranty

Humanscale provides a 15-year warranty on the Trea Chair’s structural and mechanical components, covering the solid-state recline mechanism, molded shell, base, and internal hardware. This ensures long-term performance in commercial offices, conference rooms, cafés, and multipurpose environments.

The Trea Chair’s upholstery, foam seat pad (if selected), and arm pads (if applicable) are covered under a 5-year materials warranty, consistent with all Humanscale seating.

Every item is made to order based on your configuration and ships directly from the manufacturer. Because of this custom production process, this product is final sale once the order is placed.

We currently cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or P.O. Boxes.

Larger or heavier items may ship via a freight carrier (such as ABF, YRC, or XPO). Freight deliveries are typically curbside, and drivers may require assistance unloading if a loading dock or liftgate is not available.

If your delivery address does not have a dock or forklift, or if it is a residential location, we’ll reach out to confirm the best delivery method. If needed, we can arrange ground or inside delivery, which may require an additional charge.
