Items that are too large or heavy for the small package carriers may be delivered by a carrier equipped to handle larger packages such as ABF, YRC, XPO, etc. Drivers are not required to remove the product from the truck and may need assistance to complete the delivery. This method of shipment is utilized only for bulky items or commercial customers with a loading dock. If you check-out indicating no dock/forklift, or you are a residential customer, we will contact you to confirm this method is acceptable. If not, we will arrange for ground delivery or inside delivery which may require additional charges.
