What counts as “Fast Track”?

Fast Track refers to a curated set of Divi-compatible components and finishes designed to streamline production. We’ll keep your spec inside the program whenever speed matters most.

Can we do 2-person, 4-person, or 6-person pods?

Yes—those are common Divi Fast Track starting points. We can also do larger runs and mixed layouts depending on your floor plan.

Do you help with space planning?

Yep. Send a rough floor plan (even a sketch) plus headcount and privacy needs, and KCOD will recommend layouts and quote options.

What do you need from me to quote Divi Fast Track accurately?

Best case: a floor plan (AutoCAD is great, PDF is fine), your headcount, and any privacy requirements. If you don’t have a plan yet, send rough room dimensions and we’ll start there.

What’s the typical footprint per person (6x6 vs 6x8)?

6x6 is the most common “efficient” footprint. 6x8 is better when someone needs more surface area, storage, or dual monitors without feeling tight. KCOD will recommend based on your team’s work style and space.

What panel height should I choose—50”H or 66”H?

50”H is a great balance of privacy + openness (more collaborative feel). 66”H adds more visual privacy and helps reduce distractions in focus-heavy teams. If you’re unsure, we’ll recommend by department.

Do cubicles come with power and cable management?

They can. Power and data are planned as part of the layout (in-feed locations, distribution, and cable routing). KCOD helps you plan it so you don’t end up with “extension-cord city.”

Can Divi Fast Track include sit/stand stations?

Yes. Fast Track can be configured with height-adjustable worksurfaces depending on the program selections. If sit/stand is important, tell us early so we spec it correctly.

Can you match our brand colors or existing office finishes?

Divi Fast Track uses a curated finish menu for speed. If you need deeper customization or exact matching, we’ll recommend the full Divi program instead.

Can we add storage like pedestals, overhead bins, or shelves?

Absolutely. Storage is typically configured per station based on what people actually need (files, supplies, personal storage, shared storage, etc.).

Are these “real cubicles” or more like low divider panels?

Divi Fast Track is a panel-based workstation system—so yes, it’s real systems furniture. Panel heights and configurations determine whether it feels more open-plan or more private.

How does installation work?

KCOD can coordinate delivery and installation. If you’re using your own installers, we can also provide the information needed for a smooth install plan.

Can we expand or reconfigure later?

Yes. Divi systems are designed to scale, so adding stations or adjusting layouts later is typically doable—especially if we plan for it up front.

Warranty: AIS offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on AIS-branded products (with specific period exceptions for certain components). KCOD will confirm the applicable warranty coverage with your final quote and order documentation.

Care: Wipe worksurfaces and painted/laminate components with a soft cloth and mild soap + water. For fabric/tackable panels, spot clean with upholstery-safe cleaner. Avoid harsh abrasives and strong solvents.

Every item is made to order based on your configuration and ships directly from the manufacturer. Because of this custom production process, this product is final sale once the order is placed.

We currently cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or P.O. Boxes.

Orders of 1–2 chairs typically ship via standard parcel (UPS/FedEx). Orders of 3+ chairs typically ship via LTL freight.

Freight Delivery (LTL) Expectations
Freight deliveries are curbside. An adult must be present to receive the delivery and assist with unloading. Liftgate, call-ahead, and inside delivery aren’t included unless requested (and may add cost).
